WHAT WE BELIEVE

Most wholesale volume still moves the way it did decades ago: vehicles trucked to physical lanes, sold in seconds, bought on instinct. The process worked when there was no alternative. There is now, and the industry knows it.

Pricing stays opaque because data lives in silos. Remarketing channels are fragmented, so the same unit gets listed, relisted, and hauled between venues while it depreciates. Dealers absorb the cost of that friction every day.

And when a deal closes, the slowest parts begin: title workflow measured in weeks, arbitration that turns on trust, condition reports that read differently depending on who wrote them. These are software problems. That’s the layer we’re building.
